Case Management

Most of our program participants identify housing, clothing, food, transportation, employment, or vocational training as very important needs as they return to our communities. Prioritizing these needs and finding resources is the responsibility of the Village Initiative Case Manager. Our client-centered service will set short and long-term goals, review progress, and prepares them for self-sufficiency.
